  1. Invited members will be sent an email asking them to join your Sumday account.
  1. Staff will only have access to a demo organisation account and Advisor Basecamp without edit rights, this is sufficient access for the Sumday Academy. If you’d like them to have access to your firm’s file or a client file, please see ‘Assigning Staff to Organisations’ further below.
  1. If you can’t see the Invite Staff button, you may not have Administration level access, ask the owner of the account to give you this by selecting your name and updating the role.
  1. If you’re having trouble inviting team members, you may have reached your user seat cap (based on your Advisor Tier plan), please reach out to support@sumday.io.

Manage Organisations

If you are setting up your client in Sumday, you need to create an account for them.

To do this, you need to go into your Sumday account and select Add new organisation + (soon you will be able to do this within Basecamp).

Follow the prompts to create the account.

Users will have a 30 day free trial, you can either provide the credit card details for the account yourself and bill your clients or your clients can subscribe directly, they will simply need to select upgrade in the account before the trial ends and enter their card details.
