Users

  • Business users will show within here (if you are an advisor managing staff you can add new users in Advisor Basecamp).
  • Add new users by clicking Invite New User in the top left hand corner
  • Next in the Invite new User window enter the the first and last name of the user that you are inviting as well as their contact email. Click Send email invite to finish the process.
  • They will receive an email to accept your invite and join the account. Check your spam and junk folders if you haven’t received an invite, sometimes your organisation's firewall may block invitations too, so you might need to check with your IT department.

  • If you want to invite an advanced business user that has full access to the Sumday Academy, you can tick the ‘Advanced Academy Access’ check box on the user’s card.

Billing

  • Sumday is powered by Stripe
  • Download invoices in the billing section
  • Manage your subscription payment details if you are the account owner

Demo Organisation

Every account includes a Demo Organisation file with dummy data for demonstration purposes. You can access the Demo Organisation file from the top left hand corner’s drop down, to navigate away, click on the same drop down and click on your chosen organisation.

Please note, the dummy data within this Demo Organisation is for demonstration purposes and cannot be deleted. However, you can import data into this Demo Organisation to practice navigating and using the Sumday platform. The data within the Demo Organisation will automatically reset every fortnight.
