Troubleshooting Common Invite Issues
1. Invite link expired
Cause: The invite was not used within 7 days, or it has already been used once.
Fix: Ask your Sumday administrator or Support to re-send your invite.
2. Invite link doesn’t let me log in to Sumday
Cause: The invite link is only for creating your initial username and password. It does not take you to the login page.
Fix: Use the link once to set up your account. After setup, go to the Sumday homepage to log in with your new credentials. The invite link cannot be used again once your account is created.
3. Didn’t receive the invite email
Cause: Invite emails sometimes land in spam/junk folders or get blocked by company filters.
Fix: First, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure your company allows emails from @sumday.io. If you still can’t find the invite, ask your Sumday administrator to resend it.
4. Forgot password after accepting invite
Cause: You created your account but can’t remember your password.
Fix: Go to the Sumday login page, click Forgot password?, and follow the reset instructions.
