Once you've created an Assessment in Sunday, a carbon accounting checklist for the assessment is available to guide and record progress in completing the assessment.
The guide is a great tool for both tracking progress and for beginners who need guidance on completing their first assessment in Sumday.
The checklist allows you to assign users/team members to tasks and review work.
Access the carbon accounting checklist
- Open the Assessment
- In the top right corner click the checklist icon
- The carbon accounting checklist will open in a window
How the Checklist Works
Each item in the checklist represents a step in the carbon emission assessment process.
You can assign items to users in the Sumday platform as either assignee or reviewer.
-
Each item can be marked with a status:
Not started
In progress
Needs review
Complete
The checklist helps track progress and makes it easier to work through the process with others.
Download the checklist
An downloadable version of the checklist is available in Excel format. This is useful if you want to record progress outside Sumday or share the checklist with stakeholders outside of Sumday.
Go to the Academy from the left-hand menu in Sumday.
Scroll down to Helpful Resources.
Select Workpaper Templates.
Locate the template called Checklist To Complete an Emissions Assessment.
Download the file named Ultimate Carbon Accounting Checklist.
This template includes the same steps as the in-platform checklist and can be used for planning or offline review.
