User Preferences is where users can view their display name, email and see which Sumday accounts they have access to.
Users can also change their display name and password in the User Preferences screen.
How to change your display name
- Click the top right circle icon in Sumday > User Preferences
- Under Display name enter your new Display name
- Click Save changes
Note for Sumday advisors, display names can also be updated in the Staff page of the Advisor Basecamp.
How to change your password
There are two ways to change/reset your password.
When logged into Sumday:
- Click the top right circle icon in Sumday > User Preferences
- Under Password click Change password
- Click Save changes
When logging into Sumday:
- From the Sumday homepage, click Login
- Enter your email address
- Click Forgot password? when prompted to enter a password.
- Follow the password reset steps to reset your password
