Below are instructions on how to delete an Assessment in Sumday.
Important notice: A deleted assessment is not recoverable by yourself or the Sumday Team. If there is a chance you may require any of the data from within an Assessment you are going to delete, including how transactions were reconciled or any of the Accounting worksheets across Scopes 1, 2 or 3, we recommend exporting this information (see this article here) before deleting the assessment. You can also export Reports from Sumday for the date range of the assessment before proceeding with deletion if you think you may need to refer to anything later.
To delete an assessment in Sumday:
- Select Assessments from the left hand menu
- Click on the Assessment you are deleting
- Click the assessment Settings icon (3 lines with circles on each one) on the top right of the Assessment
- Scroll to the bottom of the Basic settings window
- Select Delete Assessment
- Review the warning message and click Continue if you are OK to proceed
- Type DELETE if you are OK to proceed
- The assessment is now deleted from Sumday and is not recoverable
