Invite Users

To add a user in Sumday:

  • Go to the top right corner, click the circle and select Account Preferences
  • Add new users by clicking Invite New User in the top right hand corner
  • Next in the Invite new User pop up, enter the the first and last name of the user that you are inviting as well as their contact email.
  • Click Send email invite to finish the process.
  • They will receive an email to accept your invite and join the account.

If the recipient can't find the email please ask them to check their spam and junk folders.

Sometimes organisation firewall's may block invitations too, so they may need to check with their IT department.

Remove Users 

To remove a user in Sumday:

  • Go to the top right corner, click the circle and select Account Preferences
  • Go to User Access tab at the top of the page
  • Find the user you want to remove, and click Remove User
