Setting up your client’s Sumday Account

Every client needs a subscription to Sumday.

You can create and manage a client subscription or your client can set this up and add you to the account.

Create and Manage the subscription directly (you pay)

  1. Sign in to Sumday
  2. Select the organisation drop down menu in the top right
  3. Select Add new organisation
  4. Select the relevant subscription type for the client
  5. Enter your payment details for the small business account (free if your small business client is using Xero)
  6. You will be billed monthly or annually based on your choice
  7. You can then bill your client for the subscription fees if you choose

Let the client manage the subscription (they pay)

  1. You can still help your client set up an account by starting a free trial from the website or they can do that themselves.
  2. No payment details are required at this stage, Sumday will send a custom quote for companies over $20M in turnover.
  3. You can invite other users to the account for your client, to ensure their team has access.
  4. Your client will just need to enter their payment details before the trial period ends.
