Every client needs a subscription to Sumday.
You can create and manage a client subscription or your client can set this up and add you to the account. There's two ways advisors can set this up in Sumday:
Create and Manage the subscription directly (you pay)
- Sign in to Sumday
- Select the organisation drop down menu in the top right
- Select Add new organisation
- Select the relevant subscription type for the client
- Enter your payment details if selecting a small business account (free if your small business client is using Xero)
- You will be billed monthly or annually based on your choice
- You can then bill your client for the subscription fees if you choose
Let the client manage the subscription (they pay)
- You can still your client set up an account by starting a free trial from the website, or they can do that themselves.
- No payment details are required at this stage, Sumday will send a custom quote for companies that select the medium to large option when signing up.
- You can invite other users to the account for your client, to ensure their team has access.
- Your client will just need to enter their payment details before the trial period ends.
